My Story
Extensive administrative experience in the medical and behavioral healthcare industry. Broad experience in continuous quality improvement, policy and program development, data analytics, solution-focused processes, facilities management, six sigma methodologies, and accreditation and regulatory compliance. I have facilitated numerous performamce improvement projects using six sigma methodoligies with positive measurable results that have increased effeciencies, improved patient experience, and increased revenue.
What I Love about my Job:
Hearing the great feedback we get from patients regarding the work our staff do and the manner in which leadership works to constantly improve and expand our services for the patients we serve. It's all about the patients!!
